18 inch team dynamic multi fit multi spoke alloys for sale /swap ?

i have 4 x team dynamic 18 inch multi fit(5stud) multi spoke alloy wheels with 2 minted tyres and 2 legal tyres on them as my car jst passed mot with them on it looking for a swap for a set of 17 inch alloys to fit vauxhall vectra looking for 270ono or swap/px for other wheels sorry for pics as they still on the car
